Braver Calendar Terms of Service
Effective August 12, 2026
These terms govern use of the Braver Google Workspace Calendar integration (the “Integration”) provided by Braver Medical, PLLC and its affiliates (“Braver”). These terms supplement any separate written agreement between Braver and the organization using Braver. If these terms conflict with that agreement, the separate written agreement controls.
Authorized use
The Integration is available only to organizations and users authorized to use Braver. If you install or configure the Integration for an organization, you represent that you have authority to grant the requested Google Workspace permissions on that organization's behalf.
Calendar permissions and functionality
A Google Workspace administrator must install and authorize the Integration. Braver uses the authorized permissions to read calendar lists and events for scheduling and availability, and to create, update, and delete Braver-managed appointment events. The Integration may act on behalf of authorized accounts in the organization's Google Workspace domain.
You may not use the Integration to violate law, another person's rights, Google's terms or policies, or an organization's security and access policies.
Organization responsibilities
Maintain accurate Braver and Google Workspace account information and appropriate administrator access.
Configure calendars, users, and organizational policies so the Integration is authorized to perform the requested functions.
Promptly disconnect or uninstall the Integration when access is no longer authorized.
Privacy and Google data
Braver's collection and use of information received from Google APIs is described in the Braver Privacy Policy and complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Access, changes, and termination
Braver may update, suspend, or discontinue the Integration to maintain security, comply with law or platform requirements, or improve the service. An authorized Braver administrator can disconnect the Integration in Braver Settings, and a Google Workspace administrator can revoke access or uninstall the app in the Google Admin console.
